OYSTAR Packaging Technologies based in Davenport, Iowa (USA) is announcing the acquisition of MAP Systems, a division of Clear Lam Packaging, Inc. in Illinois (USA). This includes the equipment and customer base of MAP Systems, as well as all intellectual property rights, usage rights, copyrights and patents associated with its technologies. OYSTAR Packaging Technologies is a subsidiary of OYSTAR. The Process & Packaging Group headquartered in Germany, which was formerly the packaging machinery division of IWKA AG.
