The new generation of Multivac thermoforming machines is now available for all uses and production levels. Multivac presents its complete line of machines including the high-performance model R 535, the versatile R 245, and the compact R 145 as well as the economy model R 125. The machines feature a completely new hygienic design and further developments regarding the design engineering and functions, including the lifting unit and tools. These advancements allow for increased machine performance, ergonomics, and economy.

The new generation of Multivac thermoforming machines is now available for all application- and performance classes. In Hall 05, booth C23 / D24, Multivac is presenting its range from the high performance machine R 535, the flexible design R 245 and the compact R 145 to the economy model. The R 175 CD is also part of the new generation, a new compact machine for Darfresh packages with films by Cryovac.

An innovative double-pack concept launched by margarine brand Lätta has been achieved using the thermoforming and pre-printing expertise of RPC Bebo Plastik.

The breadth of the RPC Group’s manufacturing capabilities will be showcased at Emballage 2006, including a number of new developments. All three major manufacturing processes – blow moulding, thermoforming and injection moulding – will be represented by RPC sites from across Europe.
