The AIP Competence Platform promotes information exchange and technology transfer for developments in the area of active and intelligent packaging between 7 partner countries within the EU. The AIP Competence Platform primarily supports small and medium-sized companies. The project involves the building up of a database covering the whole area of active and intelligent packaging. This database will be made available after the end of the project in 2011 to companies who have an interest in this.
