In 2005, Hasan Erdogan, Managing Director of catering business Kivircik attended the Packforum Ready Meals event organized by global packaging expert Sealed Air Cryovac. Discovering the packaging technologies applied to ‘sous vide’ cooking and meeting the owners of the expanding Belgian ‘vacuum’ food producer Deliva opened new and unforeseen opportunities. This marked the beginning of a joint venture which has become today a thriving catering business under the Delivaturk brand.
