Bosch Rexroth has developed a centre of competance which includes various applications for different types of food and beverages. Hygenic design plays an important part and Bosch has been an innovator in plastics technology especially for that which is easy to clean. Xavier van der Elst of Bosch Rexroth explains how this process works.
