Robot gets through 20,000 cups an hour
The mechanical solution designed by OYSTAR A+F involves two identical drive arms made of lightweight carbon fiber material and two servo drives for the gripper. The unit reduces pick-and-place motion times to less than 0.5 seconds and cycle times to less than two seconds, and has a maximum hourly output of 20,000 cups in two different formats.
Using mechanical or suction grippers to pick, stack or push items, the Twinline can place virtually any product in any position, allowing flexible cycle times. It can handle maximum loads of 63 kg.
