The new Cryovac® ULMA FLOW-VAC® FV35 is an entry-level machine providing an automated packaging solution to small and medium sized smoked & processed meat and cheese processors looking for flexible, highly automated systems to minimize labour costs with reduced investments.

FLOW-VAC 35

Description

The new Cryovac® ULMA FLOW-VAC® FV35 automatic loader is a low reel flow wrapper that is based on the latest FLOW-VAC® HFFS technology.

It is specifically designed to pack smoked & processed meat and cheese consumer units with the full range of Cryovac® RS shrink materials: RS1000, RS1500, RS2000, RS2500, RS3000, RS4000, RS5000. These materials feature low, medium or high barrier properties, low and medium abuse resistance, and are pasteurizable. They are available either in plain, continuous or registered printed versions.

Benefits

Cryovac® ULMA FLOW-VAC® FV35 is a fully automated system that does not require a significant investment from small and medium sized producers. This machine guarantees improved pack integrity and pack appearance versus non-shrinkable materials.

Other key benefits include the self-adjustment of the bag length to the product length, the lack of contact between the product and sealing areas, the high quality sealing of Cryovac® RS materials, and the excellent pack appearance due to the high transparency of glossy materials and reduced dimension of the longitudinal seals.

Applications

This machine is designed for packaging smoked and processed meat as well as cheese products in consumer units in the maximum following product dimensions: 560 mm perimeter, 200 mm width, 300 mm length, 150 mm height and 5 kg weight.

Equipment

The new FLOW-VAC® FV35 can be connected to the full range of Cryovac® flat belt VS and rotary VR vacuum chamber machines.
