Russian cartonboard plant sold
Ilim Holding S.A. (the owner of Ilim Group) closed the deal on the purchase by the Russian division of Knauf Company of 56% of Saint-Petersburg Cartonboard and Printing Mill (KPK) shares owned by Ilim Holding S.A.Selling KPK, Ilim Group will concentrate more intensely on growing its major market pulp, industrial packaging and white paper businesses.
