Solutions for climatic packaging

Barrier foils are a laminate of polyester, aluminium  and polythene and provide the lowest know moisture vapour transmission rate.  They will protect any item which may deteriorate due to corrosion or moisture damage.    Polythene bags and liners allow water vapour and aggressive gasses seep through, allowing deterioration of product to occur, but this can be eliminated with the use of Barrier Foil.

On display will  be several different concepts of barrier foil packaging including

3 dimensional bags and shrouds to provide corrosion protection for machinery and metal goods during transit and long term storage.  These bags can be manufactured to any  shape or size to the customer’s individual requirements, to suit the dimensions and style of the outer packaging, they can also include a clear barrier panel to view the contents, at any stage,  a feature which is particularly advantageous during  export, allowing  customs  to view the contents without opening the pack.

Also exhibited  will be barrier packaging solutions for powders and granules in the form of   Barrier Foil FIBC liners, (big bags) drum liners, 25kg sacks, ISO Container Liners,   all providing  total protection for  any products which may be sensitive to moisture, oxygen, odour transfer and other climatic and biological volatiles.  All bags and liners  are tailor-made and with the use of various material combinations, allow liners to be suitable for hot fill products up to 120°c, static sensitive items and food contact.
