Budelpack CEO stands down

The Supervisory Board and Mr. Moerkerken have decided this in mutual agreement.
Mr. Moerkerken has been working at Budelpack from 1998, the last seven years of which as
member of the Executive Board of the Group, first as CFO.

With sites spread across six European countries, Budelpack is one of Europe’s largest contract
manufacturers and packers for brand owners in Fast Moving Consumer Goods. In 2008, the
Group expects to generate a turnover of € 330 million with approximately 2,150 employees,
serving primarily brand owners in the Personal & Home Care segments. Budelpack
systematically helps its customers to build their brands through product launches, samplings and
the outsourcing of manufacturing and packing processes.
