Another cartoner order!
Fresh from a successful Interpack show, Kliklok is celebrating another order for their high performance CELOX® end load cartoner.
Since its launch last year, this impressive servo-driven machine has attracted the attention of food producers world-wide. The new order is for a major UK frozen food company, a long-established Kliklok customer, packing several ready meal sizes in singles & twin packs.
For this application, the CELOX cartoner will be integrated with a TRACi, Kliklok’s product handling system to collate and transfer two meal trays side by side for automatic cartoning at 150cpm.
CELOX will provide the customer with numerous cost & labour saving benefits for their high capacity production line: rapid size change, the ability to ‘home’ the machine in a matter of seconds, and ease of operation using the latest Insight® colour touch screen technology.
With excellent diagnostic capability and email notification monitoring system, CELOX provides the reassurance of continual production efficiency with minimal down-time, reduced maintenance and low running costs.
