Unscrambling technology

During this event, Posimat will show a closed circuit working with:

- A Posiflex® unscrambler with automatic, instant changeover: The most flexible option. It allows adding new formats without extra change parts. The firm has sold more than 300 machines of this type worldwide. (photo 1  see Virtual Exhibit - Image Gallery)

- The unique Posijet® air conveyor with its Vertijet® system, the first and only vertical air conveyor capable of going up (or down) at any inclination from 0 to 90º with or without accumulation. This circuit will run a flat/oval PET bottle. (photo 2 - Illustration)

Other products exhibited on this occasion will be;

- A Master® series unscrambler provided with COBA (changeover by adjustment) system. This system allows for manual changeover, in a very quick and easy way, without the need of change parts.

- The Posilite® unscrambler: conceived to meet the needs of the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry. It can be integrated in “monoblock” with the filler (photo 3 - see Virtual Exhibit - Image Gallery)

Posimat offers many other equipments for the handling of empty plastic bottles and cans such as the Posisilo®; a silo system with modular design and discharge flap system, which allows handling very delicate bottles without damage, the Posijet Cans®; an air conveyor for empty cans with single lining system, as well as a wide range of solutions and unscramblers for low and high speeds.
