Packaging subject of Petersburg agricultural fair
PRODTECH, one of the leading agriculture exhibitions of Russia, will be held from April 1 till April 3, 2008 in St.Petersburg, in the exhibition centre Lenexpo.
The exhibition will display the equipment and high technologies for production, storage, packaging and transport of food products and beverage foods.
The confectionery, baking, meat and fish-processing equipment, macaroni and ravioli production equipment, milk processing, fat-and-oil machinery, canning, refrigerating, commercial and warehouse equipment, pipelines, loaders, parts and components will occupy the huge exhibition hall. For food products packaging PRODTECH will demonstrate the packing and weigh equipment, packing materials and units, industrial containers, machines for marking, labeling and identifying of products.
Over 200 market participants will demonstrate their novelties and achievements. Among them there are the leading companies of the industry, newcomers taking first steps in the market of the food-processing industry, visitors of the CIS and foreign countries interested in introduction of their produce into the Russian market.
The exponents and visitors of the exhibition can take part in the extensive business program. The seminars, presentations, round tables and employment exchange are waiting for the specialists on Day of Technologist, Day of Engineer and Day of Packer scheduled on PRODTECH.
The contest “High technologies and up-to-date equipment for the food and processing industry” and presentation with medals and diplomas of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation will be traditionally held within the exhibition.
PRODTECH will be arranged on the same site with the North-West key exhibition of food products, beverages and ingredients INTERFOOD. The directors, technologists, purchasing managers of plants for food and processing industry, large-scale and average wholesalers, retailers, cafes, restaurants, hotels, transport, engineering and leasing companies are going to be the visitors of the exhibitions.
Some thousand experts will gather in St.Petersburg to exchange experience and to find all necessary for the business development. The organisers of the exhibition, the Exhibition Association RESTEC, PRIMEXPO and ITE Group Plc, invite you to join the business society
