Optima appoints MD
Christian Korte has been appointed to the Managing Director of Optima filling and packaging machines GmbH. In his new position, the 41 year old graduate engineer (University of Applied Sciences) assumes responsibility for the sale and the strategic business development of the Optima Group Consumer. The Optima Group Consumer manufactures leading-edge filling and packaging solutions for the chemical, food, and cosmetic industries.
Christian Korte has been working in the Optima Group Consumer for eight years, where he initially acted as Sales Manager. Later on, he assumed further main activities and special tasks, among others the management of the Optima affiliate in the UK.
The Optima Group (Schwäbisch Hall) is structured into the divisions Optima Group Pharma, Optima Group Nonwovens and Optima Group Consumer, offering its customers highly developed industry-specific filling and packaging technologies.
