Logistic centre opens at Kędzierzyn-Koźle

The event was inaugurated by Steve Holland, Chief Executive Officer Brenntag Europe; Jürgen Buchsteiner, Chief Financial Officer Brenntag Holding GmbH; Helmut Struger, President of Brenntag CEE; Zenon Maślona, President of Brenntag Polska; present were also representatives of local authorities, Brenntag subsidiaries in other CEE countries, and our business partners.

New production facility for dry and liquid feed additives is located in the recently completed modern warehouse centre of a total storage area of 4600 m2. With the annual production capacity of 25,000 tons of finished goods, the new facility is dedicated to produce dry and liquid feed additives. It has been equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and appliances, manufactured and installed at the site by world-renowned suppliers. Production process is conducted in compliance with all requirements for work health and safety, it also conforms to all standards of quality systems: ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP as well as environmental protection regulations.

The newly launched production facility in Kędzierzyn-Koźle is one of the number of technical investments executed by Brenntag Polska in the last few years, the most important of which are modern distribution centres in Jankowice n. Poznań, in Góra Kalwaria n. Warszawa and the extension of distribution centre in Zgierz. The technical investments of the company – the ones already in operation and those planned for the immediate future – comprise the most modern and best developed distribution infrastructure in chemical industry in Poland.
