MeadWestvaco to Acquire Leading Hose-End Sprayer

Hayes Products (http://www.hayesproducts.com/)is the original developer of the hose-end sprayer and manufactures other proprietary, patented, specialized and private label sprayers for customers in lawn and garden, outdoor cleaning, automotive cleaning, and industrial and janitorial markets worldwide. Hayes Products will become part of MeadWestvaco Calmar, the company’s pump and spray packaging solutions business acquired in 2006. The addition of Hayes Products to MeadWestvaco Calmar will complement the existing portfolio of Calmar’s dispensing solutions, expand the company’s position in key market segments through additional production and distribution facilities, and enhance innovative solutions offerings to customers worldwide.
