Packing those stick shaped snacks
At the automatic packaging of stick shaped products the weighing and dosing aggregates play an important role with regard to product gentle handling. The HASTAMAT Multihead-Combination weigher of the CP-series is the ideal weigher for weighing or counting of stick shaped, fragile products such as for example salted sticks, biscuit sticks, chocolate sticks, long pasta or technical articles.
By changing the size parts also products from the Food, Petfood or Non-Food industry, such as for example snacks, confectionery, granulates, metal or plastic articles can be weighed and dosed on the same weigher.
For further applications the weigher can be equipped with up to 24 weighing bins and additional memory functions. With the optimum adaption of all functional components such as feeding systems, chutes, slides and flaps to the product to be packed, a high-performance aggregate for the weighing of products becomes available. In combination with a HASTAMAT Form-, Fill- and Seal Machine and further aggregates we supply complete packaging lines from one single source.
