Machine developed for coffee filling
Especially for the product gentle and aroma protecting packaging of ground coffee into stand-up block bottom bags, the combination of the Auger Doser HASTAMAT SD 100i and the vertical Form-, Fill- and Seal Machine R 250 has been developed. For both aggregates a common control with graphical user interface as well as 10� coloured Touch Screen is used.
Upon filling and bag production a gassing system with residual oxygen analysis takes care of the prolongation of product storage life. In order to avoid overpressure of the bag by exhalation of the coffee, the bag is equipped with an aroma protection/pressure control valve. Thus gasses can escape without oxygen getting into the bag. At first the valve is being applied by an ultrasonic welding unit onto the flat film. Compared to conventional welding systems thus an essentially higher output is possible.
Equipped with maintenance-free servo drives and a multitude of free programmable process parameters, this machine combination for the packaging of coffee or other powdery products offers the maximum for a product gentle handling with long-term stable aroma protection.
