CNC 982’s new numeric technologies
High speed results: The only machine currently able to run with a production output of 4500 bottles per hour.
Production change-over times are reduced by at least one third compared to one fifth for existing machines currently present on the market.
An optimal adaptability in terms of form and rate (recording and recall of the parameters of production in a few seconds in and towards the automat). In the product range exists a numerical “press with tests” in which the parameters of production can be defined without disturbing the production machine tool.
All materials: glass, plastic or metal; due to the thermoplastic enamels and UV inks in 4, 8 and even 10 printing colors.
Mode of operation:
10 print heads are fixed at the top of a carrousel of 12 slides (base-point for the glass bottles). The bottles installed, the filling is done by a numerical robot, the bottle never released. This guarantees a precise color coding on the bottle.
The carrousel is conducted by an engine/motor and no other engine is set on the carrousel itself. This also guarantees the longevity of the material and consistency and precision of the colors on the bottle.
The robot manipulators of loading and unloading are numerically ordered. It takes the bottles in an upright position on a conveyor to then place them in a lying position between base points. Therefore the machine can be set on the floor and accessed by employees with no need of stairs.
