The debut of the duo airless dispenser

The Mega Duo dispenser is ideal for products that require protective airless packaging and whose sensitive ingredients must remain separate until mixed together when dispensed. The dual-chambered system allows mixing to occur immediately before use, providing a longer shelf life for products containing active ingredients that lose their effectiveness when mixed in a lotion or stored for long periods before use. Manufactured in the company’s state-of-the-art facility in Germany, Mega Duo has been designed with cost and environmental conservation in mind, featuring fewer parts and less packaging material than any other dispensers of its kind on the market.

Like all the MEGAPLAST – MEGAPUMPS airless dispensers, Mega Duo features a unique piston-pump system that ensures constant, highly precise dosing particularly suited for dispensing thick creams, lotions, gels, and pastes. Located below the product, the piston continually moves up as the product is dispensed, helping to “push” the cream or gel toward the pump while picking up any residual product clinging to the walls of the container. Because the piston moves up with the product, no air is introduced in the package, resulting in superior protection and stability of the formula within the product.

Options and Availability
MEGA Duo offers a dosing of 0.25 ml per cylinder, and is available in two sizes: 2 x 15 ml (30 ml) and 2 x 25 ml (50 ml). In addition to MEGA Duo, MEGAPLAST – MEGAPUMPS offer 28 different dispensers, with a wide array of actuator choices, including a self-sealing model that provides ultimate product protection.
