Brenton Engineering announced today its new Series 60 case packer which provides customers with a high speed flexible solution for loading a wide range of products in cases or trays on the same machine. The inline, continuous motion S60 forms, loads and completes 60 cases or trays per minute. It allows multiple pack patterns, and accommodates harness and wrap-around cases and trays, including economical 5-panel wrap-around cases for traditional RSC applications.

For increased efficiency and ease-of-use, Brenton’s S60 offers rapid, tool-free changeovers - among the shortest in the industry, an intuitive touchscreen Human Machine Interface, and numerous ergonomic features, such as a low-level magazine for loading case blanks.

The Brenton team’s unique merger of traditional packaging and servo technology with patent pending case blank handling provides the S60 with extremely high speeds in a small footprint for an inline machine. The result for customers is a fully automatic, extremely efficient machine with an uncomplicated, easy to maintain design. Additional options on the S60 include stainless steel construction and NEMA 4 and 4X electric.

“The S60 is a groundbreaking case packer with an unsurpassed combination of high speed, flexibility, and ease-of-use,” said Scott Leuschke, Brenton Engineering General Manager and Vice President. “While it offers good value for almost any customer that needs a high speed case packer, it is particularly useful for customers which pack a variety of products in both trays and cases.”
