Painting the fence fade resistant
Following the success of the container for Cuprinol Sprayable Fence Treatment, RPC Containers Raunds and Market Rasen are supplying the same pack for the launch of Cuprinol Sprayable Plus, a new premium fence treatment, which offers fade-resistant colour and high performance results.
The new product is aimed at encouraging trade-up in the sprayable fence treatment market and provides the compelling consumer benefit of five-year protection. It contains waterproofing agents and algicides to combat growth of green algae and is available in six colours.
In order to emphasise this premium positioning, the container from RPC is being produced in a special gold pigment to maximise on-shelf impact and brand differentiation.
The blow-moulded 5-litre HDPE pack has been designed for easy dispense of the fence treatment into the special Cuprinol Fence Sprayer and newly launched Power Sprayer. A central 63mm neck ensures glug free pouring, while the separate injection-moulded PP handle, retained by a snap-on neck ring, pivots during pouring to help control the flow of liquid.
An induction heat seal cap with tamper evident seal enables the pack to be safely transported without leaking.
“The Cuprinol Power Sprayer and Cuprinol Sprayable Plus will add value to the already substantial sprayable category,” comments Karen Elking, Cuprinol Senior Brand Manager.
“For Sprayable Plus, a premium on-shelf image and ease of use are vital factors for the packaging and the container from RPC ideally meets these important criteria.”
