RPC reduces deodorant parts
RPC Bramlage has enhanced its renowned standard range of personal care packaging with the launch of a roll-on deo container that meets demand from brands for a cost-effective alternative to bespoke designs that still delivers excellent functionality and style.
The 50ml deo is manufactured in three parts - a container with integral fitment and cap produced at RPC Bramlage, and a ball sourced from an outside supplier. Typically, a roll-on deo would comprise four parts, but combining the container and fitment provides a useful benefit for fillers because it simplifies the assembly process.
The container is injection blow moulded in PP, whilst the cap is injection moulded in the same material. Both feature a compact, rounded design that looks good on shelf and is convenient for everyday, ‘on the move’ use.
The container and cap can be manufactured in any colour, including a transparent look, to enhance on-shelf profile. Further decoration options include silk screen printing, hot stamping or labels.
RPC Bramlage also offers the capability to modify the basic design to suit the specific branding and functional requirements of customers.
“Our standard beauty care packaging has a reputation for providing brands with high-quality, eye-catching choices, and we are delighted to add this convenient 50ml roll-on deo container to the range,” comments Günter Pohlmann of RPC Bramlage.
