It’s Mother’s Day again, and gift coffrets are blooming in-store.

 

This year, DECLéor has opted for a personalized version of Cosfibel’s Smartbox to present its two current offers: «Étreinte Tonique» and « Étreinte Euphorique».

 

Did you say standard?

DeclÉor is a fan of beautiful cardboard boxes. But for its Mother’s Day offer this year, the aromatherapy specialist decided to spring for economic transparent packaging, which also offers quality and elegance. 

Cosfibel’s solution combines cardboard and plastic, while keeping in mind the prestige brand’s qualitative demands by offering a decoration featuring an innovative shape and colorful wedge.

DeclÉor chose a more upscale rectangle-shaped coffret as opposed to the more mass-market square version.

For a more refined look the case echoes the color of the bottle as does the thermoformed wedge. And the edge of the wedge becomes virtually invisible.

The case’s decoration (in six-color offset printing on PVC) was also given special attention. Thanks to the expert knowledge at Grumbe, Cosfibel’s Spanish subsidiary, the design agency’s demands (notably the gradations of white on the «Étreinte Tonique» coffret) found a technical solution on plastic.

The result is that with a standard Smartbox base, two packs with distinct personalities were created in line with the brand’s codes.

The first, Étreinte Tonique, bursts with freshness, and features l’Eau de Soin Arôme Tonic and matching body mist.

The voluptuous and captivating Étreinte Euphorique houses the perfumed aromatic water Arôme Euphoric and its bodycare emulsion.

 

Smartbox: a Cosfibel patented standard success

Smartbox belongs to the innovative range of covered and folding cardboard boxes and coffrets signed Cosfibel’s creative center. The thermoformed wedge fits into the folding cardboard base  and the unit is enveloped in a transparent sheath to let the product show through.

The coffret holds up thanks to an original thermoformed wedge that rests on the top part of the coffret instead of resting on the base.

The advantage of Smartbox is in the combination of an elegant folding cardboard box and the practicality of transporting and stocking a folding box. With its multitude of personalization possibilities, Smartbox offers an excellent price/quality ratio.

The transparent packaging specialist has created a number of commercial success stories with this modern, refined and economic model for brands including Bourjois and Nivea.

With its personalized version for DeclÉor, Smartbox is out to conquer selective distribution.
