Certificate required in Hungary
The Hungarian authorities have adopted a Decree introducing detailed regulations of how to certify compliance of packaging with the Essential Requirements.A draft Decree notified to the European
Commission last year did not attract any comments.
Packaging can only be distributed after 1 January 2009
if its compliance with the Essential Requirements
can be certified.
