New concept in Lithuania

The organizer of the high quality specialized exhibition for agricultural- and
food production, the Lithuanian Ministry for agriculture and
the German exhibition organizer IFWexpo Heidelberg GmbH
had created the concept of the exhibition tailor made to fit
the frame conditions. Only through the support by town- and
surrounding administrations of Siaulai was it possible to
master the many international participants and visitor
frictionless.
Even though the weather conditions weren’t always optimal a
number of almost 30.000 visitors was counted. Nearly 300
participants from 19 countries presented their products from
the sectors agricultural- and food technology as well as a
broad choice of different stock- and breed animals. The
occupied net hall space was almost 24.000 sqm – alone
17.000 sqm was taken up by the largest organized live stock
show ever held in the Baltic countries. Again AgroBalt has
given an important impulse for the development of the
agriculture and food economics.
