Lithuanians make Ukrainian acquisition
AB Klaipedos Kartonas, Klaipeda/Lithuania, the biggest producer of corrugated paper, cardboard and wastepaper in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia has bought majority shares of Ukrainian corrugated board producer Nemuno Banga-Mena (NB-Mena).
The company wants to strengthen its position on the Ukrainian market. The new subsidiary company will be based in the Cherngyov region, around 200 km from Kiev.
