Luxurious image for Flyback
Clear glass, the brilliant gleam of chrome – for the latest men’s fragrance Flyback this combination creates a luxurious image. A glass pillar with one rounded side, crowned by an opulent metallic top creates a timelessly elegant combination in keeping with the image of the Parisian perfume house of Jacques Evard.An impression of lightness is created by the lower part of this flacon - a
clear smooth-sided glass vessel, enlivened only by its own gleaming
brilliance and the fine gold tint of the contents. This highlights the
carefully shaped slim shoulder - just a few millimetres in depth -
surrounding the upper shoulder of the flacon. Its mirror-like chrome
brilliance and the large atomiser head attract the eye to the closure system
which seems almost to float above the transparent glass pillar blow.
Despite the marked contrast between these two components, their
extravagant architecture visually unites them. Like the imposing top, the
glass side on the right follows a straight square line down to the base while
on the other side the glass and metal form a generously proportioned
uniform semi-circle, so that the base of the flacon forms a sidelong U
shape. This harmony is attractively highlighted by the gleaming Flyback
logo in fine metallic printing deep down on the front of the flacon, thus
establishing just above the base a visual connection with the chrome
crown.

requirements fulfilled in this flacon result in a highly attractive design and
reflect optimum collaboration between the Group’s specialists in the fields
of both glass and closures. With this fragrance, it would in any case be a
matter of honour to ensure that all elements are attuned like the parts of a
watch. The name itself suggests this: aficionados of multifunction watches
will be familiar with the term ‘flyback’, the ‘flying’ reverse of a stopwatch
to zero to allow an immediate restart.
