The 1st of October this year Hartmut F. Rößler, the sales director of Fischer & Krecke, may look back on 40 years of activity at the Bielefeld printing press manufacturer. Shortly after his entrance into the company Rößler has been charged with establishing the structure of several agency offices for Northern Germany. Later further sales areas have been added and for more than 25 years he has led the complete sales department. Rößler quickly realized the move to globalization and the associated necessity to open new markets on all continents for the company’s future security. In this process beside a strong crew in sales department a world-wide agency network, in whose development he has been considerably involved his ability to spot market trends at an early stage provided assistance in establishing corporate direction.

„Hartmut Rößler identifies himself with ‘his’ company perhaps more than anybody. With his corporate commitment, his market and product knowledge and the sales success resulting from this, over all the years he made a substantial contribution to the company’s success“, said Managing Director Folke Wegner. Above all, Rößler, himself, sees his success justified in the great bond of trust, which he developed worldwide with customers. „From the first business contacts many friendships have grown. Finally, I can draw a great deal of strength for the often hard sales business “, said Hartmut Rößler.

His anniversary enjoys great popularity with his staff, not only because of his expertise but also because of his way of dealing in a consistently correct and respectful as well as friendly behaviour towards everyone.

Mr. Rößler is active in different professional associations such as VDMA, Printpromotion, Fedes, and IPV. Beyond that he is member of the board in the TZ (technology center) as well as member of the DFTA’s Steering Commitee.
